Why is everything free in 2026?
We're in an Early Access phase. Our products are functional but evolving rapidly. We'd rather have real engineers using and shaping our tools than charge for software that's still maturing. Your feedback during 2026 directly influences what we build next.
What happens in 2027?
Starting January 2027, paid plans take effect (Pro at €29/user/month, Team at €99/month for 5 users). The Individual plan stays free forever with access to basic tools. You'll receive at least 60 days' notice before any charges, and Early Access users get permanent discounts as a thank-you.
Do Early Access users get special pricing later?
Yes. Every team or individual who actively uses Lumoship in 2026 will be offered a permanent 30% discount on Pro and Team plans when paid pricing begins. We don't punish early adopters — we reward them.
What about data security and privacy?
Your engineering data stays yours. We don't sell, share, or use your project files for training, marketing, or any commercial purpose. All calculations run with end-to-end encryption, and you can delete your data permanently at any time.
Can I use Lumoship for commercial projects?
Yes — all plans, including the free Individual tier, can be used for commercial work without restrictions. Calculations follow established industry standards and are designed for production use. We do recommend cross-verification with established reference tools for critical projects, as with any new software.
Do you offer enterprise plans?
Yes. For larger teams (10+ users), shipyards, or custom integrations, we offer enterprise plans with volume pricing, SSO, dedicated support, and on-premise deployment options. Contact sales@lumoship.org to discuss your requirements.
